Maxxis Wins Shanghai GM Excellent Supplier Award
2/11/2005Maxxis’ plant in Shanghai, China has won the coveted Shanghai GM Excellent Supplier Award for 2004. The award recognizes the overall quality of Maxxis’ products and service. Maxxis has a longtime relationship with GM in Asia, acting as an original equipment supplier for several years.
Maxxis’ excellent delivery, price, and technology were other factors taken into consideration by GM for the award, which was presented January 31 at Shanghai GM’s annual Supplier Conference. Maxxis was the only tire manufacturer honored by GM in 2004 as an Excellent Supplier.
